when will my order by shipped?

All orders are shipped the same day if ordered before 2pm. All orders after this time will be posted the following working day

 

How much is shipping?

4.95 - Standard Delivery (3-5 working days)

International Orders - will I be charged customs duties?

Unfortunately, we cannot determine what duties and taxes you will charged for international orders.

The customer is responsible for all customs duties, charges and taxes associated with their order.

EU orders: Taxes included on orders up to €150. VAT(sales tax) will still apply.

 

How much is worldwide shipping?

£12.00 - Europe (5-12 working days)

£15.00 - Rest of World (7-17 working days)

 

Can I shop in person?

We do not have a permanent store at the moment, but you are welcome to visit our studio (in Richmond) if you'd like to try on our designs. This is by appointment only, please reach out to arrange. Alternatively we do pop ups twice a year in London - feel free to reach out to find out when our next pop up is planned.
